Every journey has a beginning… 

Shawn and I are not only colleagues. We are also family. When we were seven and ten, respectively, we started to dream up a place we called “The Compound,” based on a family farm.  We envisioned it becoming a serene place for us, friends, and family to grow old together later in life.  

Unfortunately, it was located in the desert and the middle of nowhere. Did I mention our parents sold it a few years back? True story.  

But like any powerful dream, it didn’t end there.  We continued to see a need for a cozy place to call home and had an idea. We could bring a wider community together and go far beyond the boundaries of a small farm. Ethos= Everything From Within was born.  

Shawn is a therapist focused on relationships. After working in marketing and advertising, he turned his sights to supporting diverse communities with strategies to strengthen their relationships with themselves and with others.  

Kim specializes in executive and performance career coaching and consulting.  Kim held executive positions in the entertainment and fashion industries for over 25 years in Texas and New York. She’s built purpose-led cultures for global companies, including DEIB, Sustainability, and Health and Wellness programs. 

Together, they created a blend of science-based tools with professional coaching and consulting that covers you from the boardroom to the bedroom. It provides a safe place for you to be you—a place where you fit in.

We aim to equip you with fresh perspectives and valuable skills to approach any situation.
